COURSE DESCRIPTION

Personal Trainers are regularly having to manage clients who have suffered injuries or deal with constant aches and pains in their shoulders, knees and backs.  This 2-day course will provide you with a better understanding of functional anatomy and biomechanics of the shoulder, low back and lower extremity.

You will learn methods to assess and strengthen these areas and you will also discuss essential algorithms for exercise prescription to create a functional foundation.  You will walk away with a 6-step process for successful program design to reduce the risk of injury and enhance performance.

No trainer ever intends to hurt a client or compound an issue but the reality is that what you are doing or not doing may be causing more harm than good.  Come and learn practical, user-friendly ideas and concepts that you can implement immediately into your client programming.  This workshop is an absolute must for all trainers and instructors concerned about the optimal health of their clients.
