SPEAKER BIO

GARY JACOB
DC, LAc, MPH, Dip. MDT

Dr. Jacob has been a practicing chiropractor and acupuncturist for 30 years and holds a Masters Degree in Public Health (MPH) in Community Health Education and Promotion (UCLA) and is a Certified Health Education Specialist. He was the first D.C. and the 12th individual to receive the Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute International, has co-authored multiple textbook chapters on the McKenzie method and serves as a faculty member & chiropractic consultant to the McKenzie Institute International. Dr. Jacob is Clinical Sciences Associate faculty at S.C.U.H.S. and postgraduate faculty of several institutions. He is a California Qualified Medical Evaluator, provides expert testimony in court and serves as a consultant for various industrial carriers.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The objectives of this course are to clinically refresh doctors of chiropractic with thought provoking, evidence-based concepts and hands-on mobilization & rehabilitation skills, and to demonstrate how evidence can help practitioners better navigate the choppy waters of current practice realities, including the med-legal arena.

Cancellation must be given in writing. Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the course will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. If received less than 30 days in advance credit towards a future seminar/ or course (minus $50 cancellation fee) is received. Somatic Senses Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any course and will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the participant. If a seminar is cancelled a full refund will be given.
