Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be given in writing via mail, fax, or email to Somatic Senses Ltd., to qualify for a refund.Cancellations received 45 days prior to the course will be assessed a cancellation fee equivalent to %15 course fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days in advance will be given credit towards a future seminar/ course (minus %15 cancellation fee). Somatic Senses Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any course and will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the participant. If Somatic Senses Ltd. cancels a seminar a full refund will be given.
